My name is Kamil Pielczyk, the person behind KP Select.

I work directly from Poland to support companies and staffing agencies in finding solid, well-matched candidates in logistics, manufacturing, and technical sectors.

My process is simple but thorough:

I search locally, speak with candidates directly (online, by phone, and in person), check their real skills, and make sure they understand exactly where they’re going and what’s expected. I also support formalities, including contract signing between agencies and workers when needed.

What matters most to me is undersstanding your needs. That’s why I often visit the workplace or project site first, so I can be fully honest with the people I present. No shortcuts, no overpromising, just real matches, made with care.
